PRINTS
Please allow 3-5days for delivery, in most cases your item will be dispatched the next working day after ordering.
I use Royal Mail or Parcelforce signed for service.
I only post orders to UK addresses.
ORIGINAL ART WORK & LARGE CANVASES PRINTS
I use Aardvark Art Services Ltd to send original art work and large canvas prints. Aardvark are a specialist company who only transport artwork and antiques and have an excellent reputation for taking care or artwork in transit.
They do not offer next day delivery or a 2 day service. They collect artwork from Cornwall on a regular timetable, and typically from purchasing a piece of art it is delivered between one week and 21 days.
Aardvark Art Services is also able to provide insurance for artwork in transit. This service is not available from next day couriers. If you would like a quote for sending a piece of artwork, please call and we would be happy to enquire on your behalf.
RETURNS
Any Item that The Loft Studio dispatch can be returned within 7 days if you are dissatisfied but they must be returned in the condition that they were provided.
If there are any problems with the delivery please contact The Loft studio and we will be happy to sort the problem.
DAMAGED GOODS
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to The Loft Studio.
In many cases, action (in the form of reprint or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
